We do not use your data to profile your behaviour or to take automated decisions that affect you. We do not sell or pass your email to third parties.
Your email, for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of the unsubscription so as not to write to you again, and we delete the rest. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. Technical usage data is kept in aggregate form.
We work with providers acting as data processors that supply hosting and database services. They are bound by contract and by the safeguards required by law. We share your data with no one else.
Before operating with real traffic, identify here your specific providers (hosting, database and email sending) and state whether there are transfers outside the European Economic Area and with what safeguards.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). You enter your card details with Stripe and they never reach Reland. We keep only what is needed to give you access and to comply with the tax authorities: your account, what you bought, when, the amount, the Stripe payment identifier and the date on which you accepted immediate delivery of the content.
Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the legal obligation to keep accounting and tax records (art. 6.1.c GDPR). This data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally up to six years), even if you delete your account. Stripe also processes your payment data as an independent controller to prevent fraud and meet its obligations; its policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
You can ask us at any time to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you like, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
To exercise them, write to hola@reland.es. To unsubscribe from alerts you do not even need that: there is a link at the bottom of every email.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
The assets published come from public proceedings. We do not publish the names of debtors or personal data of the parties to the proceedings. We publish information about the property and a reference to the official file. If you find any personal data published by mistake, write to us and we will remove it immediately.
