Prices include VAT. The analysis is prepared from public information and from our sources and is updated over time: it is not an official valuation (Spanish Order ECO/805/2003), nor legal, financial or investment advice, nor a recommendation to bid.
Payment is by card through Stripe. Reland neither sees nor stores your card details. Access is activated as soon as Stripe confirms the charge, normally within seconds. You will receive the receipt by email and you can download your invoices from your account. If you need a full invoice in a company’s name, write to hola@reland.es.
The report and the subscription are digital content delivered immediately. Before paying we ask you to expressly tick that you want immediate access and that you accept that, once delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (article 103.m of the Spanish consumer law). If you do not tick it, the purchase cannot be made.
Even so, if the content could not be delivered or has a fault attributable to us, write to hola@reland.es and we will refund the amount.
You can cancel at any time from your account (button “Manage subscription”), with no lock-in. You keep access until the end of the month already paid and you are not charged again. The pro-rata part of the current month is not refunded.
If we change the price of the subscription we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before it applies.
For any complaint write to hola@reland.es and we will reply within a maximum of one month. Complaint forms are available to you and you can go to the consumer services of your region. Spanish law applies; if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence are competent.
