Reland is an information and analysis service on property opportunities, mainly assets in court, notarial and insolvency auction proceedings. It gathers information from public sources and from partner portals, structures it and publishes its own analysis of the estimated cost and the risks attached to each asset.
Reland is not an estate agency and does not take part in transactions. It does not take part in bidding, does not manage awards and receives no commission for closing any transaction. Its activity is limited to informing and analysing.
The content of the site is not an official valuation within the meaning of the regulations on property valuation, nor legal, financial, tax or investment advice, nor a recommendation to buy or bid. Any decision taken by the user is their sole responsibility.
The information comes from official public sources and from partner third parties. Although we strive for accuracy, it may contain errors, be out of date or come from documents that themselves contain discrepancies. Auction proceedings may be suspended, modified or cancelled without notice.
